Big congrats to Alison Tinlin of the Plans and Presents blog as she has been shortlisted for the UK Blog Awards! Alison used to be a wedding and event consultant, so has put her skills to good use creating an eclectic website filled with gorgeous, quirky and unusual real-life weddings, along with wedding ideas, venue spotlights, weekly round-ups, engagement and wedding shoots, events and advice.
A huge 42,000 public votes were cast to whittle down the 2000 entrants.
The awards take place in April and are decided by a panel of experts, including Lisa Hogg, director of The Wedding Affair and #weddinghour, and Tina Reading, editor of the Ultimate Wedding Magazine. They will decide whether Alison or her 9 competitors will scoop the Wedding Individual Blog prize.
